Warranty & Returns

A - WARRANTY

  1. Warranty period (start from the date of order confirmation):
  • 12 months for all items under category Outdoor Furniture & Indoor Furniture.
  • 03 months for remaining categories.
  • For category Stock Clearance, warranty policy is not covered. In case of finding issue with products purchased from this category, please inform the seller within 02 days from the date of receipt for support. 
  1. Coverage: the policy only covers for product defects caused by manufacturing process (malfunction, component missing…). Fair wear & tear (color fading, color staining after a period time of use), improper use as per described function or seller's recommendation (use indoor items for outdoor, exceed max capacity…) will be out of coverage.
  2. Warranty process: in case of any issue, please contact the seller to inform on the issue and find the root cause. If the issue is within warranty coverage, product repair or replacement can be made, depending on level of issue. For products which are no longer in production line but still within warranty period & coverage, the seller will discuss with the buyer on corrective action (similar product replacement or refund).

 

B - RETURNS

  1. Returns policy is only applicable in case of arising order's issue (wrong color, wrong design, defective item…), please provide the seller with evidence photos upon returns request. In case packages received from delivery partners are not in good condition, and/or suspicious signs detected, please provide the seller with unboxing video clip for further solving.    
  2. Returns free of charge: returns is free of charge within 02 (two) days after receipt as long as the item is unused as it is with hangtag & order confirmation sheet.
  3. Returns with charges: 10% charge on product price if the returns request is made  more than 02 days after receipt as regulated (maximum 05 days). After 05 days from the receipt date, all returns request will not be supported.
