Placing Orders

Thank your for your time shopping at LIdee Haus. Please follow the steps to place order and understand LIdee Haus' order process.

1. Log In or Register (if you have not had an account yet). You can still continue with your cart without logging in.

2. Select products from sub-category under main category Shop.

3. Add to cart the product you want to buy.

4. Pop-up window will be displayed, you can continue shopping to select other items, or check out.

5. By the time of checkout, an order summary will be displayed to recheck all information before submitting. If there is any promotion code available, please fill in the code and apply at this step. Please leave a note in the Note section if you have any special instruction.

6. If the order is ok to proceed, please click on Checkout button to complete the order placing in LIdee Haus' system, you will receive an order confirmation shortly via email or ZNS message if you use Zalo.

Note: In order not to disturb customers, LIdee Haus will not contact you by phone except for urgent case.
