For the time being, our website only sells within regions of Viet Nam and for customers who are living in Viet Nam. We do not support order placed outside of Viet Nam.

B - METHOD OF PLACING ORDERS
After placing order, customer will receive an e-mail from LIdee Haus as an order confirmation. In case the order cannot be processed due to system error or other circumstances, we will inform customer via email. In case the product price is not displayed correctly on the website and customer pays in advance, please contact LIdee Haus for prompt action.
C - GOODS CONDITION
Depending on product condition (stock clearance, made to order, available brand new), accurate information and genuine photos showing product condition will be provided sufficiently on the website for customer’s evaluation before making a decision. For customers located in Ho Chi Minh City who have a need of checking physical product at the warehouse, please contact LIdee Haus to make an appointment. In case customers located in other cities / provinces need special support, please contact LIdee Haus for further assistance.
D - RISK & RIGHTS
The product can contain risk by the time of delivery.
The ownership of products is only transferred to customer by the time all payment tasks are fulfilled, including product cost and shipping cost as per Shipping & Delivery policy.
