Payment Methods

At present, LIdee Haus support payment methods as below:

1. COD - Cash On Delivery

2. Transfer via Internet Banking

 

3. Domestic debit card (ATM)

Step 1: Choose Domestic debit card (ATM), tick the below box

Step 2: There are 2 options

Step 2A: ATM card / Bank account, choose your beneficiary bank

Step 2B: QR code, you need to open your banking app on mobile phone and scan the QR code

 

4. Credit card Mastercard / VISA / JCB / AMEX + Installment

Step 1: Choose Credit card (VISA/Master Card/JCB/AMEX), tick the below box

Step 2: Choose payment method, One-time payment (pay full amount at once) or Installment 

Step 2A: For One-time payment, choose the option then click Continue

Step 3A: Fill in the information of your credit card

Step 2B: For Installment, choose the option then click Continue

Step 3B: Choose configuration which meets your demand

Notes on Installment via Credit card:

  • For Installment, if customer has request on a refund, please inform us within 24h from the time of completing payment in order to get your refund within 2 working days, after 24h when the installment transaction is successful, installment fee will not be refunded.
  • Installment fee will only be collected once the transaction is successful.
  • For Installment via OnePay, no action on confirming installment is required (send SMS or contact the bank). Except for CITIBank: After making successful payment, card holder needs to send message with template 0 and send to 6058. Citibank will send the registration form for Citi PayLite program to complete the registration.
  • Partner banks will collect installment management fee from card holder.
    • MSB: Installment management fee collected from card holder: 
      • Plan 3 & 6 months: 1% 
      • Plan 9 & 12 months: 3%
    • FE Credit: Installment management fee collected from card holder: 1.089%

 

5. Mobile wallet Momo

Step 1: Choose Mobile wallet Momo

Step 2: Open Momo app on your mobile phone and scan the QR code

 

If the payment is prepaid, you will receive a payment confirmation shortly via email or ZNS message if you use Zalo after we verify the completion of payment.

Note: In order not to disturb customers, LIdee Haus will not contact you by phone except for urgent case. 

Other new payment methods will be updated on LIdee Haus' website once available in order to provide customer with further options.
