Being made from solid wood and gone through manufacturing process to ensure safety yet maintaining the natural beauty of wood grain, wood servewares are favorite utensils not only thanks to their basic usage but also their prominent appearance which makes the food look more appealing. Same wood type but different trunks in different period can lead to the variable appearance of wood surface. Working in wood industry for a long time & having strong preference on solid wood items, LIdee Haus is glad to introduce our wood servewares collection with various designs in natural color embedding typical characteristics of each wood type.

	Wipe with soft clothes, avoid using rough materials which can cause scratch on the surface.
	Hand-wash only, no dishwashing machine
	The item can be cleaned with dishwashing liquid, no strong detergent.

	Avoid putting items with sharp edges on which can leave scratches on the surface.

A - TABLE - CHAIR - BENCH - LOUNGER - CABINET - SHELF / RACK - TROLLEY

If the item is flat pack (ready-to assemble), please read through attached assembly instruction to ensure the sufficiency of all components & hardware. In case of any missing, please contact the seller for prompt assistance, do not use unassembled product.
Assemble the item in flat surface, keep out of reach of children (especially hardware bag if the item is not assembled).
The item should be used properly as per described function, the seller will not bear any responsibility in case of using with wrong function.
Recommended max capacity is clearly stated in the product details.
For outdoor items, the coating can fade quicker than indoor items due to fair wear and tear under environmental impact. For better maintenance and longer use, we recommend using cover or keeping the item in shade which avoids direct sunlight.
In case of dirt or stain, soap or mild detergent can be used to solve it quickly. Strong detergent is not recommended as it can cause damage to the furniture surface.
The coating of all products are processed in accordance with manufacturing process, please do not apply new coating on your own unless having all specialized tools and necessary chemical.

B - WOODEN SERVEWARES - ACCESSORIES

The item is made of natural solid wood so the wood grain on 1 same product type can be different.
The item is produced in accordance with manufacturing process in order to get rid of mold, the surface is coated with linseed-based protector oil or NC-coated (Nitrocellulose Lacquer) which is safe for human contact.
The item should be cleaned right after using (if putting food on), hand-wash only (no dishwasher use).
Do not submerge the item in water too long to prevent wood from warping & cracking, dry in dried place (avoid direct sunlight).
Do not use strong detergent which can cause damage to the surface.
Avoid keeping in places with high humidity or high temperature in a long period.
Not microwave-safe.
Avoid putting utensils made of metal which can scratch and damage the surface.
Due to natural characteristics of wood materials, do not use the item to serve too hot or too cold food.

C - NATURAL RATTAN - BAMBOO DECORATION STUFF

All products are made of 100% natural materials which are processed with anti-mold treatment and safe for human contact.
The item is handicraft so discrepancy in dimension can occur with tolerance ±2 cm.
Avoid keeping in places with high humidity or high temperature in a long period.
For wall hanging items, the item will be attached with a hook on the back (in case of closed weaving), use nail or self-adhesive hook to hang the items on the wanted position. The weight of each wall hanger is light so it should be safe.
No direct contact with water (e.g. pouring water), the item can be wiped with soft cloth. In case of water penetration, the item must be dried as soon as possible to avoid mold.
No contact with fire.
Do not use strong detergent which can cause damage to the surface.
Avoid putting items with sharp edges on which can leave scratches on the surface.

D - CERAMIC - PORCELAIN PRODUCTS

Fragile products that need to handle with care to avoid scratch, crack.
The item can be used in dishwasher and microwave oven (except for items with rattan handle, gold rim…). Not applicable to items with pattern & color.
No oven use.
The item can be cleaned with dishwashing liquid, no strong detergent.
Wipe with soft clothes, avoid using rough materials which can cause scratch on the surface.
Avoid direct contact with sunlight to ensure longevity.
Regarding drip-glazed items, these are art products, the glaze on each product will not be the same.
Avoid putting items with sharp edges on which can leave scratches on the surface.

E - CROCHET STUFFED TOYS & MACRAMÉ

The item is handicraft so discrepancy in dimension can occur with tolerance ±2 cm.
To extend the life-span of product, hand-washing is recommended to refrain strong force as much as possible, please follow the steps as below:

No hot water to protect the yarn from loosening, not exceeding 30 Celcius degree
Immerse in the water with mild water (no strong detergent or washing powder, shampoo is ok) within 10-15 minutes
While washing, no strong rubbing or using brusher, only press down to saturate with hand
While rinsing again with water, gently squeeze all the water out and let the toy dry
Machine-washable is still possible with cold water, but it must be put in laundry bag & no automatic dry-mode
