MATERIALS & QUALITY STANDARDS

☑️ Product mechanical construction meets requirements of European Standards (EN 12521:2015 for table – indoor use / EN 12520:2015 & EN 1022:2018 for seating – indoor use / EN 14749:2016 for wardrobe).

☑️ Verified origin of raw materials (White Oak & Walnut wood imported from North America, Ashwood imported from East Europe, Steel imported from Taiwan).

☑️ MDF complies with standards for Formaldehyde emission limit – TSCA Title VI of CARB/EPA, guarantees that the Formaldehyde content in raw materials does not exceed acceptable limit, which could be harmful to consumers’ health.

☑️ Wood coating is treated conforming to industrial standards, no heavy metals (Lead, Cadmium), PAHs, Formaldehyde, and no substance of very high concern (SVHC) according to REACh.

☑️ Product packaging follows ISTA-3A standards securing goods from damage during transportation.

USE INSTRUCTIONS & CARE

To keep product maintenance, please kindly take a look at below instructions:

☑️ If the item is flat pack (ready-to assemble), please read through attached assembly instruction to ensure the sufficiency of all components & hardware. In case of any missing, please contact the seller for prompt assistance, do not use unassembled product.

☑️ Assemble the item in flat surface, keep out of reach of children (especially hardware bag if the item is not assembled).

☑️ The item should be used properly as per described function, the seller will not bear any responsibility in case of using with wrong

☑️ Recommended max capacity is clearly stated in the product details.

☑️ For outdoor items, the coating can fade quicker than indoor items due to fair wear and tear under environmental impact. For better maintenance and longer use, we recommend using cover or keeping the item in shade which avoids direct sunlight.

☑️ In case of dirt or stain, soap or mild detergent can be used to solve it quickly. Strong detergent is not recommended as it can cause damage to the furniture surface.

☑️ The coating of all products is processed in accordance with the manufacturing process, please do not apply new coating on your own unless having all specialized tools and necessary chemicals.

NOTE FOR STOCK CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

1. All product images on website are taken from actual products in factory. Due to large product dimensions, abundant quantities of stock, and limited space in HCM showroom, all goods are currently stored in factory. Hence, we do not support customers to come and view actual products at HCM showroom yet. All products are 100% new, manufactured, and packed in accordance with European export requirements. Products with defects or related problems caused by the manufacturing process will be accepted for warranty and returns.

2. Shipping policy: please see more details here. All to-be-delivered goods will be unpacked at factory before shipping, then combine in one shipment to our transit warehouse in HCM to save delivery costs, therefore, please note that the Same-day delivery time will be counted from the date of goods' arrival to HCM warehouse. Shipping rates displayed on website are calculated from our HCM warehouse, so customers can get the best rates.

4. Discount policy for order value (not applicable to other promotions):

• Enter EXTRA5% for an extra 5% off for orders valued more than 10,000,000 đ.

5. Payment policy:

We support multiple payment methods as displayed in the payment step on website. For Cash-on-delivery method, customer will need to deposit 50% of the order value in advance for order confirmation, the other 50% can be paid by cash at the time of delivery. Due to bulky items, the goods will need to be delivered by tricycle, pick-up truck, van, or truck..., via our transport partners (Viettel Post, GHN, AhaMove, LalaMove). We need to pay the shipping fee and other incurred tolls or return fees in advance, whether the recipient accepts or refuses to receive the shipment. We will send a confirmation of payment/deposit to you and commit to fulfilling the delivery obligation, we hope you understand this inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your trust.
